Privacy Policy — Route Planner: Unlimited Stops

Route Planner: Unlimited Stops ("the App") is developed and operated by Aslam NM ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App collects, why, and how it is handled.

Information We Collect

You can use the App's core features without creating an account. On first launch, the App creates an anonymous account on your device automatically — no personal information is required to start planning routes.

• Account information: an anonymous device identifier by default. If you choose to link a Google account, we receive your email address and basic profile information (name, profile picture) from Google, solely to let you keep your data if you change devices.
• Device and app information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, and time zone, used to support the app and diagnose issues.
• Location information: if you have already granted the App location permission, we may read your device's last known approximate location to set a default starting point for your route. The App never requests location access for this purpose on its own, and location is never used for advertising.
• Push notification token: a device token used only to deliver notifications you'd expect from the App, such as when a route finishes optimizing.
• Route and stop data: addresses, contact names, phone numbers, and delivery notes you enter to build your routes. This data is stored so the App can provide the route-planning service to you.

How We Use Information

We use the information above only to operate, maintain, and improve the App's core functionality: planning and optimizing your routes, syncing your data if you link an account, and sending you notifications relevant to your routes.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your route, stop, or location data with advertisers or data brokers. Limited technical data is processed by the infrastructure providers that operate the App (currently Supabase for data storage and authentication, and Google Firebase for push notifications and sign-in), solely to provide those services to us.

The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data Retention and Deletion

You can request deletion of your data at any time from within the App's Settings, or by contacting us at the email below. Once requested, your account and associated route data are permanently deleted.

Children's Privacy

The App is intended for professional and personal route planning by adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access restricted to your own account through database security policies. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
